We will discuss breathing patterns according to muscles, emotions and habbits that are connected to it.
As it's a practical webinar we'll do somatic breathing lessons and lessons that will help us to relax. At the end of webinar we'll explore a beatufull and deep pause between exhale and inhale so you will try a bit of freediving experience, but is you are already a freediver you will have a possibility to go deeper.
